Lets discuss...also can we have grace without compassion or does compassion proceeds Grace?

Bible does not says explicitly what Grace is.
Jehova's witnesses almost never use the word Grace.

Woah - checking this out, there are various meanings and words used for grace and mercy in the bible (yes, in the bible).

As a matter of fact, just like candle said, one of the defenitions of one of the graces is actually mercy ^..^

Mercy is the outward manifestation of pity; it assumes need on the part of him who receives it and resources adequate to meet the need on the part of him who shows it. God is rich in mercy Eph 2:4 and who has provided salvation for all men Titus 3:5. Rom 15:9 shows He is merciful to those who fear him Luke 1:50 for they also are compassed with infirmity and He alone can succour them. Hence they are to pray boldly for mercy Heb 4:16 and if for themselves it is seemly that they should ask for mercy for one another Gal 6:18. Mercy is the act God His attitude toward those who are in distress His pity and compassion for the ills of others is used of God who is the Father of mercies 2 Cor 1:3.

God’s richest at Christ expense.... grace describes God’s attitude toward the law breaker and the rebel.
Rom 5:21 that as sin hath reigned unto death even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord. Our salvation comes as a gift of God’s grace but it can only be appropriate by the human response of faith. God gives a measure of grace as a gift to unbelievers in order that they may be able to believe on the Lord Jesus Christ (1 Cor 1:4, Eph 2:8-9).

Correct me if I am wrong....I think grace and mercy occur simultaneously... I believe there is no grace without mercy on the hand there is no mercy without grace.....
